Financial Accommodation for USC Ketamine Program Patients

• Consultation Fee: Standard fee is $900. Reduced to $450, with the full consultation fee credited toward the first ketamine infusion.
• Ketamine Pain Infusion Fee: Standard fee is $2100 per day. A 10% discount is available, reducing the cost to $1890 per day. Paid in advance.
• Insurance Billing: We can submit claims to your insurance on your behalf for your potential reimbursement. Please provide your explanation of benefits (EOB) to facilitate this process.
• Depression treatment: Standard fee is $950 per day. A 10% discount is available, reducing the cost to $855 per day. Requires referral from a psychiatrist.
