Kelly Castellanos, Nurse Practitioner

My name is Kelly Castellanos, and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in oncology and hospice care. I spent five years at Riverside Community Hospital as an oncology and transplant nurse, where I specialized in administering chemotherapy and caring for complex patient populations. I also worked for two years as a home care hospice RN, which further deepened my commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. 

Through my experience with both oncology and hospice patients, I developed a true passion for pain management and improving quality of life. I earned my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from UCLA in June 2024 and have been working at California Pain Medicine Center since then. I am dedicated to reducing suffering and making a meaningful difference in my patients’ lives through thoughtful, empathetic care. In my spare time, I enjoy playing pickleball and traveling, with Japan being my favorite destination so far.
